The set works as a two-part system. Apply one adhesive patch to each side of a clean, dry nose. Each patch has a soft non-woven surface, adhesive backing, and a small iron disc in the center; the disc itself is not magnetic. Magnets are built into the black nose clip. Once the patches are in place, the clip attaches to both iron discs and stays positioned while providing light outward support. A patch positioning tool can help with handling and alignment. The nose clip is reusable, while the adhesive patches are replaced after use. This is an external support accessory, not a treatment for persistent or structural nasal blockage.
