1. After washing your face, thoroughly wet your nose with water;
2. Remove the nose strip and apply it to your nose, pressing along the bridge to expel air and ensure the strip adheres tightly;
3. Leave it on for a few minutes until completely dry, then slowly peel the strip off, pulling from the sides of the nostrils toward the bridge of the nose;
4. Rinse clean with water.
